ROSE'S ISLE FARMS is located about 30 miles east of Colorado Springs near the small town of Calhan. Isle Farms was in their 5th year of offering the Cow Share program to their shareholders, when Rose’s Isle Farms, owned by Kevin and Cheryl Rose, and managed by their son Chad, became the new stewards of the Isle Farms Jersey herd. As Rose’s Isle Farms progresses through our first year, we continue to grow. If you are considering becoming a shareholder, we highly recommend that you visit our farm, see our animals and our milking operation. We want people to be educated and confident in their choice to own shares through us! We are very proud of the lines of genetics we offer, and the milk we produce. Cow milk should not taste 'cowy', but rather, "fresh and clean", with a wonderful creamy texture.
